Why isn’t My Luggage Valet cheaper than airline baggage fees?
A. Let us count the ways! It would be great if MLV could offer the same prices as the airlines, but this is a true case of “you get what you pay for”. Did you know that the airlines can’t track you stuff? Nope, those tags just indicate the airports where your stuff passes through. Not only can MLV tell where your stuff is virtually at all times, we also deliver it door-to-door, so you save all that time and aggravation (not to mention tip money) schlepping your stuff with you. Actually, if you assign yourself an hourly rate, multiply that by the time you spend dealing with your stuff (baggage check, baggage claim, baggage schlep, or the ever-dreaded baggage lost), and add a buck per bag for every person who touches it (airport shuttle driver, sky cap, taxi driver, etc.), you might just realize that MLV is less costly than airline fees.
