This is most probably due to the incorrect language settings. To correct this, open up your iTegno Mobile Office Suite. Go to 1. Settings 2. Language 3. Select the desired language 4. Click Save to save the changes. 5. Restart iTegno Mobile Office Suite to let the changes take effect. For non-Chinese Win XP users, please uninstall Asia Service Park.
