Why isn’t my card working in the café, Austin Grill, HUB, computer labs or the bookstore?
If your card is not working in the café or Austin Grill and you reside in the traditional residence halls or University Village, you probably have not been financially cleared by the Office of Student Accounts and your card is not validated. Please contact the office at 302.857.6240. If you have been financially cleared (able to move into residential facility) and your card is not working, please take your card to the Office of Student Accounts to see if your card has been demagnetized. If you do not reside on campus, you may request a meal plan through the commuter meal plan request and be approved for a meal plan through the my.desu.edu webpage. If your card is not working in the Hub or the Bookstore, you must request a book voucher through the book voucher site and be approved for the voucher through the my.desu.edu webpage in order for your card to work.
