Why isn more studied about Nikola Tesla?
Are you kidding? Tesla was “the man!” Every engineer in the power industry reveres and continues his work. The generation and transmission system in the US and all across the world is based on our ability to use AC to step up voltages and transmit power relatively efficiently over long distances. Thanks to Nicoli Tesla, every time we flip a switch the light comes on. (Although I suppose others would have accomplished the same in time.) You think we have plenty of work to do to make power systems more efficient? Of course we do! That is what we are here for. Keep the faith, baby.
