Maps data is not available if Nokia Ovi Suite is not connected to the internet because Maps content is located on server, not locally on the computer. Also, for you to be able to download and use the maps, your Nokia phone needs to be connected to Nokia Ovi Suite. Start the Maps application on the device before using Nokia Ovi Suite for first time or when map application is updated and close it before using Nokia Ovi Suite.
