Why isn Kharkov Party in KOI8?
There are many people who cannot read KOI8. They include: • People connecting from work for whom it is either inappropriate to install KOI8 there, or who don’t have enough priviledges to do so. • People using non-standard hardware or OS (e.g. Amiga, NeXT, VMS, vt terminals). • Students who don’t have enough disk quota or priviledges to install KOI8. • Those using some else’s or group accounts. There are quite a few people who come here who cannot read KOI8. Not everyone is using Netscape and MS Windows, you know!
