At the end of September 2008 I purchased Dreamweaver CS3 after being assured by the Sales Department that I would receive the upgrade for free after it was available. In December I requested the upgrade again and I was told I would have it within 10 days. This week I asked again and was now told that I would not get it because I had to have requested it 2 weeks after it was released. Nothing on my purchase or shipping invoices state this.
