The NCRA Bylaws state: The Board of Directors shall appoint two of its members to represent the Authority on the Board of Directors of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Authority. The Board has selected Directors Ripple and Hemphill. There are no specific requirements for this representation. • With so many public entities involved with the NWP, that is, the counties from Humboldt to Marin, the Bridge District, the various transit agencies, SMART, and the NCRA, how are governance issues progressing? Are the entities talking to each other? Do they have a common vision and goal? Is there agreement as to the types of services to be provided? Is there support for each others goals?
