Why isn t my ringer working?
• Ensure that your speaker volume is turned on. • The ringer uses the power of our “live” server to make a ringing sound on your desktop if someone clicks on the “ring for service” button on your closing room page. You can hear the bell only if you have that pop up opened on your desktop. • To open the pop up visit your closing room url and click the “ring for service” link. If you minimize the little pop up browser you’re in business. If someone else now opens the pop up and clicks the ring button, YOU will hear it too! • To not have a ringer bugging you when busy simple close the pop up browser.
