Why is zero rate menu option dimmed?
Probably because of the records you’ve selected. You can select several records and tell the program to zero rate all those numbers or to cancel the zero rating on all of them. If you’ve selected a mixture of both zero rated and non-zero rated calls, it’s not obvious what you want to do. You’ll also notice the same thing if your selection includes a roaming call, a subtotal line, or an incoming call with no caller ID. You can’t zero rate calls from unknown numbers!
