Why is your chicken tikka not bright red in colour ?
Yes you are right, our meat and masala sauces are not brightly coloured as you find in a lot of Indian Restaurants, and that’s because we don’t use any artificial colouring in our food. Artificial colours such as Tartazine, Sunset Yellow and Sudan Red have all been linked to hyperactivity in children, allergies, asthma, migraines and even cancer. We don’t use any artificial flavouring in our food either. Whats happened to all of the oil in your food We have minimised the use of oil in our food and use traditional methods of cooking which inherently use less oil in preparation, so you won’t find your dish floating in oil as is common in many other Indian Restaurants.
