The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research is working with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and the Missouri Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD) to identify opportunities to strengthen our existing oversight of controlled substances. Washington University is committed to complying with federal and state laws and regulations. In addition, this program is important for the safety and health of our employees and members of the community.
