Why is Word processing good nowdays?

0

The same reasons as when the manual typewriter evolved into electronic and then into dedicated word processor and ultimately the computer. Absolutely no excuse for not producing a perfect piece of work with no mistakes, the ability to save and thus call up and edit and produce as many copies as possible. No old carbon copies as in days of old. With today’s modern programs though you can insert pictures, diagrams all sorts of things, put your work in tables and so be flexible about different alignments on the same line, centre text and images both horizontlaly and vertically, number pages, the range and extent of things you can now do is endless and, of course, once you have put something on a computer in whatever program then you never have to start from scratch again but can just copy and paste into another programme or export.
