Why is WebCT sometimes slow when I or my students access it from home?
Due to rising costs for off-campus Internet service, the University has placed a cap on the amount of bandwidth available to off-campus users. During peak times, off-campus access to campus resources, including WebCT courses, may be slow. Your Internet Service Provider may also be experiencing heavy demand or other difficulties – you may want to contact them directly if the problem persists.
