Why is WCB moving to check imaging?
There are two significant reasons why it makes sense to move to check imaging. First, check imaging provides a new convenience for customers. Checks will be viewable online anytime, anyplace. Second, due to the signing of Check 21 legislation we cannot guarantee the return of original items. Because of this, we anticipate an industry-wide shift to check imaging.
