Why is Victory Debt Relief not registered with the Better Business Bureau?
The Better Business Bureau made the determination in September 2008 the laws surrounding the debt settlement industry were too new and in some states the laws were too vague. As a result, the BBB chose not to give accreditation to any debt settlement companies. Those companies that are showing accreditation are misrepresenting the truth not only to consumers but to the BBB. Our Companies Founder, Louis W. Meeks II is still an Accredited Member with The Service Source, Inc. and has earned a ZERO Complaint A Rating since 1995!
