Well take some sudafed first of all, to relieve your nose and you can use vicks rub and put it under your nose this may help, and I dont know why you can’t use the sinex stuff while pregnant, but im sure there is a reason if it says this on the bottle/box.

Here is a site that I found regarding this question. http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100… I had this problem during this pregnancy and I took Claritin D and got some relief. They are still unsure as to the effects so I took less than what was recommended just to be on the safe side, but my dr said it was fine to take. It seems they are just as unsure about the Vicks, so use it for tonight, then make sure you call your dr tomorrow to ask for sure. If you don’t want to risk it then go get some Claritin D and take it. See if it helps some. Best of luck!!
