We have not taken venture capital money (ie. dotcom debt) to grow the business. We’ve grown on our own merit. Companies that choose to take venture capital investment are required to pay back that investment. Only about 1 out of 10 venture-backed companies survive…90% are forced to close the doors or change the business significantly to the point where it may affect you. Most venture backed companies have a payback strategy that involves selling the company to another. When this occurs, your data and private information is sold as part of that deal.
