Why is UK road fund license free for the disabled?

Because a lot of disabled people need cars to get about, to get their prescriptions from the chemist, to get to doctor appointment, to get to hospitals. and we can not always get on and off buses easily. Not all disabled people have loads of money, and those that have the benifite, they have it to help them, ie – to pay for cleaners, to pay for transport, extra heating, special diets etc. You can not be disabled yourself, as you would know what the money is for. I get a extra £30 a week as i am disabled, but it costs me £10 a week more to have enough heating on more, otherwise i am in constant pain. I have to have a special diet and the food is not cheap, i have to buy a lot of over the counter medication to help me get through each day, If i added up the total the £30 a week does not cover it at all, so where you think disabled people have loads of money, you need to ask you self why are they getting it and what for, i would love to be able to work and not be like i am.
