Why is Twilight actor Robert Pattinson at the Cannes Film Festival?
Twilight and New Moon star Robert Pattinson has just finished work on his new movie and will now be attending the 2009 Cannes Film Festival. Just Jared JR reports that the actor is not attending the festival for his role as the vampire; instead, it is for his upcoming movie, Remember Me. Pattinson will be at the MTV Movie Awards with co-stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor on May 31, where they will be presenting a new clip for the Twilight sequel, New Moon. Expect a crowd of young girls to be there to get a glimpse of Robert, who they seem to be going wild for at the moment. We reported this morning that the first official movie poster for New Moon has been leaked. We are not certain if this is the real thing, as it was uploaded onto a Robert Pattinson fan site. The poster is of a smoldering Robert Pattinson being kept away from his co-star Kristen Stewart by Taylor Lautner. Sources:
