Toronto Home Office has decided to decentralize hosting services from the head office to DCPs for the following reasons: • Since Toronto Home Office’s core business is to support franchisees, they have decided to engage outside suppliers whose focus is on hosting, to ensure that ICs can operate ahead of their competition. • The DCP programs foster a competitive marketplace for hosting services within the e-Marketplace that will maximize value to all ICs. • The DCP program will also provide ICs with a wider range of products and services to meet and exceed the needs of their clients.
