Why is Toadie the only little Ogre?

Toadwart and his cousin Tadpole are the smallest of the Ogres. No one knows why but I have my theories. One is that his family is merely a smaller breed of ogre as they differ in their intelligence as well. That is the theory my stories go by. Another theory would be that they suffer from a Gummi form of dwarfism. Those are merely theories. Feel free to submit your own.
