Shortly after the release of Timeliner XE, an upgrade to the Adobe AIR product produced a conflict with our program which would cause Timeliner XE to crash when entering research mode. We have corrected this problem in Timeliner XE version 1.1. To check your installed version of Timeliner XE, consult “About Timeliner XE” in the program’s help menu. We strongly recommend that you upgrade Timeliner XE to v.1.1 if you have not already done so. You can use the following links to download our v. 1.1 upgrade patch for Macintosh or Windows installations.
