Why is there such a price difference between IPC and PCB Matrix on the new IPC-7351 products?

IPC does not sell any PCB Matrix software. They do give away the free LP Calculator (as it is available on our website as well), but the IPC prices for the 7351 is for the IPC-7351 standard (not our software), it is available in print or in PDF format on CD from IPC.
