The Bible tells us that God is the same “yesterday, today and forever” (Heb. 13:8, Malachi 3:6). So why the difference? God is the same but He deals differently with different people at different times much like a parent dealing with his/her child differently at different stages of the child’s development. It all depends on the ‘maturity’ of the people as far as their knowledge of God is concerned at that particular time. Here’s an example of how different stages affect our view of God (and probably His way of dealing with it). HOW A SON/DAUGHTER THINKS OF HIS/HER DADDY/MOTHER AT DIFFERENT AGES (Mostly): At 4 Years My daddy is great. At 6 Years My daddy knows everybody.
