If you did a recordcount and it says only one record is in your recordset ( When you know there are more. ) let’s say you had: Dim rs As Recordset then simply do a: rs.MoveLast and now your RecordCount will be correct. Don’t forget to do a rs.MoveFirst to get back to the first record again.
