Why is there not a receptionist in the lobby of the Veterinary Referral Center of North Texas?
The Veterinary Referral Center of North Texas is made up of five separate and independent referral veterinary practices. Each practice has a reception staff in their office. Upon arrival, a client may proceed directly to the specific practice or may ring the corresponding practice doorbell in the entry area to ask for assistance in escorting their animal to the specific practice.
