There is no Vitamin C in Apple Juice because, believe it or not, there is not Vitamin C in apples. Any apple juice that you see that lists Vitamin C in its nutritional information has been fortified. For a number of various reasons, we have chosen not to fortify our Pressed Apple Juice.
