Why is there no option to change the crystal, pearl and/or metal color on the item I want to order?
Some designs call for certain sizes, shapes or styles of beads that are not available in every color that we offer on other pieces. For example, the Laura bracelet uses pendant crystals which are available in several colors, but not in all 41 colors like most of our other designs. If the color you’re looking for is not in the drop down menu, or the drop down menu for what you want to change is not there at all, it’s because that color or option is not available. We can sometimes alter a design, however, to encorporate the color you’re looking for by adding to the design. Contact us if you have questions about a particular piece.
