Why is there no external CVS repository?
So far, ART has been under more or less closed development at the institute, and the small number of concurrent development branches initially did not warrant the effort of an internal CVS repository. We have been using CVS internally for some years now, but since offering public CVS access is more or less similar to releasing the toolkit we are not planning to do that until then. After the release we will in all probability provide such a service.
