Why is there no change in windows Explore after the Icon being changed?
It has something to do with your way of viewing. For example, what you have changed is the small Icon but what you are viewing is the big one. So the big icon which is not been changed will appear. It is also related to the window’s principle of showing Icons: the majority of the color has the priority to appear first. You can refer to it from Windows Icon Selection.
