Why is there no Assembly listed for State House District 45, or any State Senate Districts?

Douglas County has voters in three State House districts (43, 44, and 45) and two State Senate districts (4 and 30). House Districts 43 and 44, and Senate District 30, lie entirely within the county. The term of the Senator from District 30 expires in 2010 so there is no Assembly for that district until that year. (State Senators serve staggered 4-year terms.) House District 45 and Senate District 4 have voters in multiple counties, so it wouldn’t be fair to decide their nominees at an Assembly confined to any one county. These districts usually hold their Assemblies the evening before the State Assembly, when delegates from all counties in each district can attend. This would be Friday, May 16, in Colorado Springs.
