Why is there no Air Traffic Control at Daedalus?

Basically because the operator (Hampshire Police) does not provide it. LFA has no argument with that. “Air Traffic Control”, (as defined by law), isn’t required at Lee. However as Lee lies within the Aerodrome Traffic Zone of Fleetlands a Letter of Agreement should be in place and none is. A Letter of Agreement would set out the the procedures allowing aircraft using Daedalus to fly in Fleetlands Airspace. The lack of a LoA has been notified by Fleetlands to the MoD regulator for action.
