Why is there large cost variation?
Each potential location is different and has different characteristics. Land size, dimensions, location, economic status of the area, density of population, can ultimately affect the cost to open a school. The exact amount of investment will be decided after a market study of the paying potential of the local area and what other schools are offering and charging.
