Why is there black history month but no white history month?

I agree with another answer; every month is white history month and has been since the founding of America. For your info, there is an Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (May), Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15- Oct. 15), American Indian Heritage Month (Nov). Black people just don’t allow racists to keep us from publicly celebrating our contributions to America and the world, during the month allotted us. Hopefully, the other ethnic groups who already have a month in place will become more vocal about celebrating theirs on the month allotted them because people from many different ethnic groups have helped make America the industrialized country it is today. In other words, whites are not the only ones who have made contributions to the world.
