Why is there a spike in the abortion rate of 25 – 30 somethings?
I saw that article. They do not mention how many teenage girls are HAVING their babies. They also don’t mention the ratio of 20-somethings who have babies. I’d be willing to bet that the number of teenage pregnancy has not dropped all that much. “These broads” understand the gigantic responsibility that goes with raising a child. If I had gotten pregnant at 18, I would have probably had the kid. That’s just young and stupid. Then I would have struggled to make ends meet for the next 18 years. If I got pregnant right now (27), I would definitely think twice. I’ve been living 100% on my own for nearly 10 years. I KNOW how much money, time, etc that it takes to just keep myself happy and alive. To bring a kid into my life right now? No way! I want to own a house and get some equity before having a kid.
