Why is there a service fee for refunds in addition to the airline penalty?
The worst part of our job is we get “recalled” whenever we process refunds. How would you feel if you have to pay back your last month’s paycheck because one transaction backed out? To keep our cost and selling price at minimum, we have to charge the person requesting for refund this fee. Otherwise, we will not survive.
