You have to flip the disc over. You must have rented the older version of Amadeus. The original version of Amadeus on DVD (the older one) came out when DVDs first came out. What they used to do is when a movie was kind of long, they would split the movie into two parts, one on each side of a single DVD. The reason I don’t believe you rented any other version of it is because the newer “Dierctor’s Cut” version, although it has two disks, contains the entire movie on one disk (bonus features and stuff are on disk 2). Anyway, you were only watching Side A of Amadeus…flip it over to Side B. Hope it helps.
