Why is there a rooming list in both MS Word and MS Excel formats?
Two rooming list formats are provided to you for ease of use. Depending on your housing provider and size of the event, you may find it easier to work with one format over the other. In most cases, however, you will find that it is easier to transfer rooming lists data using the MS Excel file format.
