Why is there a Redemption Administration Fee showing on my Mortgage Statement Summary page?
The fee shown is for information only and has not been charged unless you have closed your account. It will not be charged if you have 10 years or less remaining on your mortgage term or if you are taking out a new mortgage with us. This may be charged in addition to any Early Repayment Charge applicable. This fee will only be charged once no matter how many separate mortgage accounts you have on this property. The Redemption Administration fee is only charged if you close your mortgage.
