Why is there a meeting and do FP Shareholders need to attend?
There will be a General Meeting for FP Shareholders in respect of the Demerger, which is being called to enable Shareholders to vote on the Demerger Reduction. FP Shareholders are entitled, but not required, to attend the General Meeting. If you FP Shareholders do not attend, they are still entitled to appoint a proxy to vote at both meetings.
