A2. As a result of increased development pressures in Logan Square, the Logan Square Neighborhood Association (LSNA) and others lobbied City Council to impose a zoning overlay over the neighborhood. As the neighborhood completes its comprehensive neighborhood plan in conjunction with the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, the overlay ensures a dialog between neighbors and developers over significant development projects.
