Why is there a difference in registration fee for alumni from India and Rest of the World (ROW)?
The volunteers came up with this fee structure after careful consideration (and numerous, IIT style, to and fro, arguments J) to ensure maximum attendance, and as low a fees as possible. The registration fee proceeds are an important source for the Reunion event funds. The fee needs to be large enough to meet the basic expenses of the event, without becoming a deterrent to ANY of our batchmates. This has been the rationale for coming up with this year’s fee structure. Just for information, we’ve reduced the difference compared to previous years.
