If you get a blank screen when the NYUHome web mail program opens, hit the F5 key to refresh the screen. With the Macintosh, press the Command key (the Apple key) and the R key to refresh the screen. If you receivejava_script errors when the page opens, click through them and then refresh the screen. Clearing your disk cache is also recommended.
