Why is the year-to-date balance information missing from all previous pay statements and, at times, missing from the current pay statement when viewed online?
The employee self-service system does not retain the year-to-date balance information for each pay statement that has been generated. The year-to-date information is retained and displayed for only the most recent pay statement. Normally, pays have been finalized by three days prior to the actual pay date, so the most recent pay statement may be one that has been processed, but not yet paid. Since the employee self-service system will not display pay statements that have not been paid, the most recent pay statement information and its year-to-date balances will not be displayed until the actual pay date has occurred. The current monthly payroll schedule can be accessed here and the current biweekly payroll schedule can be accessed here to determine the dates when you can expect to view particular pay statements through the employee self-service system.
