Why is the WSIB posting Appeals Resolution Officer (ARO) decisions on the Internet?

0

In response to requests from workplace parties and the Fair Practices Commission, the WSIB Appeals Branch has started publishing ARO decisions on the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) website. The posting of ARO decisions supports one of the WSIB’s four fundamentals — Service Excellence — by demonstrating transparency in the decision-making and appeals processes at the WSIB.
