Why is the wireless mouse I received with my accessory kit not working with my Aspire One netbook?
Locate the receiver for the mouse. The receiver is located in either two places. If the battery hatch is located in the top of the mouse where your palm would be push the middle section of the top of the mouse. The receiver should pop out the back of the unit. If the battery hatch is on the bottom of the mouse, open up the hatch and look for the receiver inside. Once you locate the receiver plug it into an open usb port on the computer. Your mouse should then begin to work.
