Why is the Wiccan religion judged by so many people?
Because people are often taught to fear that which they do not understand and it is even worse with religion because a lot of the Abramic churches teach the notion that “if you are not with us, you are against us.” Yes a lot of Wiccans call themselves Witches (there is a difference). And yes you do tend to find the stereotypical goth teen that professes to be a High Priestess of Wicca that is a Nth generation witch but all in all many of the misconceptions are caused by a fringe group of outspoken individuals. Not all Wiccans are teen fluffy bunnies, just like not all Christians are bible thumpers and not all Muslims are terrorists. There are a lot of people who would see religion taught in school, I would prefer if religious tolerance was taught in school.
