Why is the website giving me the message “Could not add to cart. Gift code usage limit has exceeded.”?

This error message appears when a gift code has already been added to your Cart. Find your Cart on the top right hand corner of the screen. Please click the green Cart tab and follow the instructions to continue redeeming your reward.
