Why is the water in the humidifier water basin yellow?
A. It is important to NEVER let water sit in water tank and/or water basin for more than 24 hours. Water must be changed every 24 hours and after each use. Water left in water basin over 24 hours may damage nebulizer. DO NOT SCRATCH NEBULIZER MEMBRANE! Q. Can I add a liquid aroma, or a liquid medicine in the humidifier water tank? A. DO NOT ADD any liquid other than water (ADD) to the water tank. Adding any liquids other than water may damage the nebulizer in the water basin. Q. Why does the humidifier run but does not emit any mist? A. There is a problem with the humidifier’s nebulizer. Fill out manual’s warranty card and send humidifier back to Crane for further inspection. Q. Dry with dry cloth thoroughly. Let water basin sit and dry for additional 30 minutes before use. • DO NOT SCRATCH NEBULIZER MEMBRANE!
